Defective product

Curler is great while it lasts.
Unfortunately I forgot to fill out the warranty slip, totally my fault; but for $100 I would expect the curler to last longer than 10 months. I received curler last Sept 2023. Curler started turning off while in use. I did not over used the Curler, I would use it just a couple times a month.
