Started Cracking

I dont do my makeup often maybe used it 3-4 times since purchased last month… when I went to use it it was cracking… Took it with me thinking it would be ok and ended up with white powder all over my purse… It completely broke into pieces… sent an email and no reponse…

So disappointed 😔
