After 2 business days, if your order is showing as "Delivered” by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, and you have checked the area surrounding your delivery address please contact Customer Service for assistance.
If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
If you received a damage or defective item, please email us immediately your concern along with your order number so we can resolve your issue. The email must be sent within 10 days of the delivery date.
If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to resend the package, as we are not liable for the incorrect address. Our customer service team will contact you promptly to assist with the reshipment process. If there is no response within 14 days, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
