Return Policy

All sales are final and no returns/exchanges EXCLUDING the Simply Pro Curling iron, Simply Mandys Digital Brushless Hair Dryer, & Simply Pro Flat Iron. The Simply Pro Curling Iron, Simply Mandys Digital Brushless Hair Dryer, and Simply Pro Flat Iron have a warranty card in its package. Make sure to fill out the warranty card and mail it to us or send us a picture via email. The warranty is valid for one year of purchase date. Please be aware that if you do not fill out the warranty card and have an issue later on, we cannot resolve your issue. 

You may request a return for the Simply Pro Curling Iron, Simply Mandys Digital Brushless Hair Dryer, and Simply Pro Flat Iron but it must be in perfect condition with its original packaging and unused. You have 30 days to get the item returned to us from the day the item was purchased. If it exceeds the 30 day period, no refund will be issued.  If you return the curling iron and it is not in perfect condition, you will not get a refund issued. You will have to pay for the return shipping fee if you would like a refund on your purchase. Please include a note stating that you would like a refund. It must be shipped to the following address:
