For dry scalp?

Not sure how this shampoo for “dry scalp” can combat oily hair. My oily hair is even worse! Has the formula changed? I ordered this shampoo for the second time within the last two/three weeks and something is off. Very disappointed. BTW it automatically gave you 5 stars which I didn’t enter and wouldn’t let me modify. Just because of this issue I’d say zero stars. But I do love the makeup products, the blow dryer, curling iron and the flat iron.
